Wine, your call
Three tiers, four styles, a list curated by Francesco, AIS sommelier. You pick the bottle; he's already chosen the list.
Bosa · Temo River · Aperitivo by boat
An hour's sail at sunset, a bottle chosen with the sommelier, a box of Sardinian produce. Nothing more.
We love simple things
Bosa seen from the river, the houses turning pink, the sun dropping over the sea. You pick the bottle, the view will do the rest.

Only what matters
Three tiers, four styles, a list curated by Francesco, AIS sommelier. You pick the bottle; he's already chosen the list.
A selection of Sardinian produce, simple and good. Classic, vegan or vegetarian: one box for every two, a mini for the odd one out.
From the pier to the river mouth and back: the old bridge, the church of San Pietro, the painted houses on the water. Low sun, still water, nothing urgent.
A taste of the list
A small part of what's waiting on board. You choose when you book.
How it works
Online calendar, limited seats. Check availability, choose how many of you — the rest you decide when you book.
Three kinds: classic, vegan, vegetarian. One box for every two, a mini for whoever's on their own.
Three tiers — Discovery, Selection, Excellence — and four styles: sparkling, white, rosé, red. You choose the style; Francesco has already taken care of the list.
Diving Malesh, fifteen minutes before departure: a quick check-in, then we cast off. An hour later you're still on the Temo — and the light has changed.

Lines off, we drift down the Temo toward the river mouth.
The sun over open water, where the river meets the Mediterranean.
A slow way back, the painted houses of Bosa turning pink.
One last toast as the light on the Temo slowly fades.
What they say
The best way to see the village from a different angle. A unique aperitivo aboard a boat at sunset along the Temo river.
A walk along the river towards sunset, with good wine to keep you company.
Lovely food and music, attentive and caring staff. With my sulphite allergy, they made sure I had an organic wine so I wouldn't miss out. I'll be back next year ❤️
A magnificent experience, a magical moment to share with the people you love. Beautiful — well done to the organisers.
A boat tour on the river with an aperitivo included. A real spectacle. Excellent wine, fantastic atmosphere.
We did the river tour with Aperitemo. Super well organised! We loved it! We recommend it and would do it again without a doubt. A must on a visit to Bosa.
